The brief

Rethinking the Interrail Rail Planner app by implementing a new delight feature, refining user flow, and updating the visual design to simplify rail travel and facilitate connections among travelers, ultimately enhancing the overall journey.

Interrail's absence of community-building features and personalization options significantly impedes user engagement, limiting opportunities for connection within the platform and detracting from the potential of the Interrail experience.

The Solution

To address these issues, we introduced a Delight Feature, fostering community-building among Interrail travelers. With personalized profiles and intuitive trip creation tools, users can easily connect and share experiences during their journeys, enhancing their overall Interrail adventure.
