The brief

We embarked on a Thunderbird redesign to improve usability and user satisfaction by refreshing features and design elements based on user feedback and analysis.

Issues such as non-intuitive tab navigation and cluttered interfaces due to excessive tabs were addressed, along with updating the outdated visual design that hindered user engagement.

The Solution

By identifying and addressing these issues, we aimed to improve the email experience while making it more intuitive and visually appealing. Our goal was to enhance Thunderbird's usability and functionality through thoughtful design enhancements and new features, ensuring a more satisfying user experience.
